Public Improvement Committee Meeting Schedule

The Public Improvement Committee has been established by the Authority to conduct initial review of proposals for the funding of public improvement projects within the Neighborhood Improvement Zone. Project Review Committee Meetings

The Project Review Committee has been established by the Authority to qualify potential projects seeking financing through ANIZDA prior to referral to the Board of Directors. Please see the Guidelines for Obtaining Financing for Projects in the City of Allentown’s Neighborhood Improvement Zone for a description of the information to be submitted during the Qualification Stage. The committee will review submissions and receive presentations from developers in a public meeting only after ANIZDA staff have reviewed and determined completeness.
