Project Review Committee Meeting: December 21, 2020

The Project Review Committee will commence right after the Public Improvement Committee adjourns. The Public Improvement Committee begins at 5:00.

The Project Review Committee has been established by the Authority to qualify potential projects seeking financing through ANIZDA prior to referral to the Board of Directors. Please see the Guidelines for Obtaining Financing for Projects in the City of Allentown’s Neighborhood Improvement Zone for a description of the information to be submitted during the Qualification Stage. The committee will review submissions and receive presentations from developers in a public meeting only after ANIZDA staff have reviewed and determined completeness.
