Allentown Welcomes ADP to Downtown

ADP, one of the world’s largest human capital management providers, began moving employees into the recently completed Five City Center today. The Fortune 500 company is initially consolidating approximately 850 employees from multiple locations and has room to significantly grow its workforce in the new downtown building. ADP is leasing floors 4-13 of the 13-story, 300,000 square foot, class A office building developed by City Center Investment Corp.

“We thank the company for its commitment and welcome ADP employees to our vibrant downtown with all it has to offer including shopping, dining, entertainment, and the arts,” said Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone Development Authority (ANIZDA) Chairperson Sy Traub. “A lot of people in both the public and private sectors are working very hard to create an environment that allows companies like ADP to attract and retain talented employees.” The project is located at 8th and Hamilton Streets in Allentown’s Neighborhood Improvement Zone where the developer was able to utilize the unique development finance tool created by state law and administered by ANIZDA.

Five City Center offers 360-degree views from floors 4 – 13, features a 24’ high living wall in the lobby, and is adjacent to a new parking deck.
