Guidelines for Transfer and Replacement of Parcels Adopted
The Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ) Act has been amended by the Pennsylvania Legislature effective October 30, 2018 to provide for the possible transfer of a parcel out of the NIZ and replacement with transfer of a parcel into the NIZ.
