Revised Draft Guidelines for Transfer and Replacement of Parcels Available
The Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ) Act has been amended by the Pennsylvania Legislature effective October 30, 2018 to provide for the possible transfer of a parcel out of the NIZ and replacement with transfer of a parcel into the NIZ. ANIZDA has drafted guidelines and procedures for implementing the legislative change.
Revised DRAFT Guidelines and Procedures for Transfer and Replacement of Parcels will be presented for action at a meeting of the ANIZDA board scheduled for 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. The meeting will be held in the conference room of the America on Wheels Museum at 5 N. Front Street, Allentown. ANIZDA board meetings are open to the public, and members of the public are provided with an opportunity to comment on matters before the board.
