Tower 6 Ribbon Cutting May 3rd
City Center Investment Corporation will celebrate the growth in Downtown Allentown and commemorate the opening of their newest office building Tower 6 on May 3, 2018.
Tower 6, constructed of steel and glass, stands 180 feet tall. This 145,000-square-foot office building is the latest Class A office space available in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ). Tower 6 located at 6th and Hamilton Streets offers active street views and 360-degree views from the upper floors. Merrill Lynch, Avantor, Talen, CAPTRUST and CrossAmerica Partners are among the tenants to be joined by two more companies which just signed leases–NJR Energy Services (NJRES) and fedRFP.
Terry Crupi, director of marketing for NJRES, which provides wholesale natural gas to consumers in the United States and Canada, said,”Our team has a long history in this community, and we are proud to be a part of the exciting growth occurring in Allentown.”
fedRFP, a provider of turnkey solutions to companies looking to increase their business in the federal market, has leased space on the third floor and will bring eight employees to the building in the fall. “We chose to locate our business in downtown Allentown due to its proximity to so many high-quality education institutions,” said Nathan Rheinhardt, managing partner of fedRFP. “A downtown Allentown base allows us to recruit and retain top talent, so we chose to grow our business here.”
